DUX Infinitos earned a 3-1 win over 76ers GC on Friday to take second place as the group stage of the NBA 2K League's 3v3 Slam Open concluded.
Bucks Gaming, who were idle on Friday, already had wrapped up first place at 8-0. DUX came in second at 7-1.
Knicks Gaming (6-2) swept two matches on Friday, downing Blazer5 Gaming and Warriors Gaming Squad, to finish in third.
The Warriors (6-2) nipped Magic Gaming 3-2 to split their two matches on the night and come in fourth place.
Cavs Legion GC (5-3), thanks to 3-0 victories over Heat Check Gaming and Pistons GT, placed fifth.
NBL Oz Gaming (5-3) eked out a 3-2 win over Lakers Gaming to take sixth place.
Wizards District Gaming (5-3) came in seventh after defeating Magic Gaming 3-1 before falling 3-1 to Blazer5 Gaming.
Jazz Gaming, who were idle on Friday, came in eighth place at 5-3.
The 76ers (5-3) bounced back from the loss against DUX to down Mavs Gaming and place ninth.
NetsGC, who had Friday off, rounded out the top 10 at 5-3.
With group play now complete, the teams will be seeded as part of the 32-team Slam Open playoffs (seven community teams will fill out the rest of the bracket).
The playoffs will start out as best-of-five and double elimination, with the first rounds played remotely from Tuesday through March 24. The final 12 teams will then face off in-person from March 29-April 1 in Washington. Those matches will be best-of-five but single elimination.
In other Friday matches, Hornets Venom GT slipped past Grizz Gaming 3-2 and edged Mavs Gaming 3-2, T-Wolves Gaming throttled the Pistons 3-0, the Gen.G Tigers topped the Hawks 3-1 and tipped the T-Wolves 3-2 and Raptors Uprising GC defeated the Lakers 3-2.
