Wildpack also announces today that Kirpal Mann has resigned as a member of the Board of Directors so that he may focus his efforts on other increasing professional duties at a public gold mining company. The Board of Directors thank Mr. Mann for his contributions and wish him well in his future endeavours. Wildpack's Board of Directors currently has eight members, of whom four are independent directors.
