HSBC Names Noel Quinn Head Of Commercial Banking, Asia Pacific

HSBC Holdings PLC (0005.HK) named Noel Quinn, currently head of its U.K. Commercial Banking business, as regional head of commercial banking in Asia Pacific, the company said in a statement Wednesday. Quinn's appointment takes effect April 1, and he will relocate to Hong Kong, HSBC said. Quinn joined HSBC 23 years ago and was named Group General Manager in June 2010.
