Hinton mayor first to throw name into Alberta Party leadership race

EDMONTON ? While Mayor Glenn Taylor of Hinton says he finds it a ?bit daunting? to be the first person to seek leadership of the fledgling Alberta Party, he says he hopes to attract that 80 per cent of Albertans who are neither far-left nor far-right on the political spectrum.Taylor, 48, has been mayor since 2004 but first served as town councillor. He said he has been searching for a political home ever since coming to Alberta in 1981 during the ?bold?
